We always try to do everything we can to make your experience with Lincoln Commons HOA as simple as possible. That being said, we have enabled online payments for your HOA dues! We will begin accepting online payments for the September dues, however we do ask that you pay August’s dues by check, cashier’s check, or money order.
Beginning September 1st, you will be able to make payments online for your HOA dues. You can either call me to manually enter your card/bank account information, you can set up recurring payments to automatically come out of your account every month through QuickBooks, or you can use the “Pay Now” option on the invoices you receive in your email. If I do not have your email address but you would like to make payments online, please send me your email address so we can get that started. There will be an extra processing fee for making payments online. I have calculated the cost of the HOA dues in addition to the processing fees below. QuickBooks charges 3.5% +.30 per payment via card and a flat $3 fee per payment via bank account.
